The Mac mini received a minor update in March 2020, doubling the amount of storage on each of the two standard configurations, which essentially amounts to a $200 price cut. The Mac mini is otherwise unchanged compared to the models released in October 2018, featuring 4- and 6-core 8th-Generation Intel Core processors, four Thunderbolt 3/USB-C ports, support for up to 64GB RAM, and all SSD configurations with up to 2TB of storage available. It also includes Apple’s T2 chip for added security.
